Tendong Rocco is a fried-rice-bowl restaurant near Pusan National University in Busan that serves Japanese-style tendon, rice topped with assorted fried items. The basic tendon comes with two plump fried shrimp, and the frying is done to order to keep it crisp. Because everything is fried after ordering, food takes time to arrive, and waits grow long when the restaurant is busy. There is no parking, so nearby lots must be used.
