Sushi Sim

Sushi Sim serves a sushi omakase course near Pusan National University in Busan. The chef prepares sushi with a charred finish in front of guests, along with chawanmushi, nigiri, and red bean yanggaeng as part of the course. Dinner runs in three seatings at 17:00, 18:30, and 20:00, booked through CatchTable, and the chef adds commentary on the course and the fish. There is no dedicated parking lot, so guests park at NC Department Store or Pusan National University and walk.
