Surim Sikdang Busandaejeom is a Chinese restaurant in front of the Busandae bus stop in Busan, serving tantan-myeon, mandu, and deopbap. Its signature gajimandu has eggplant juice and meat inside a crisp fried coating, while the tantan-myeon comes in a peanut-based broth topped with shredded scallions. The uyuk-tangmyeon contains large pieces of meat and bok choy, and the saeu-wontangmyeon is served with whole shrimp dumplings. Single-person sets are available.
