Seomun Noodle

Seomun Guksu sits in an alley across from Busan National University Station and serves janchi guksu and bibim guksu. The janchi guksu comes in an anchovy broth without a fishy taste, and the bibim guksu is topped with sprout vegetables and a sweet, spicy seasoning. Gamtae jumeokbap comes with myeongnan mayo, and tables are also set in the garden. The shop continues the taste it had while doing business in Sanseong and also sells pajeon and a tasting portion of suyuk.
