Ramei Sichuan Hot Pot

Ramei Sichuan Huoguo is a Sichuan restaurant near Pusan National University in Busan that serves hongtang and baitang hot pot. The hot pot comes in a jeongol style, with lamb and beef added, and can be accompanied by huabing, youtiao, and daoxiaomian. The huabing is fried as eight pieces when requested, vegetables are refilled once, and Sichuan pepper and Sichuan pepper oil can be added. Adding lamb to the baitang broth brings out the distinct lamb smell.
