Pujimhan Hoejip

Pujimhan Hoetjip is a raw fish restaurant near Busan National University Station in Busan that serves assorted hoe and yellowtail hoe. The fish is sliced thick, and adding sushi rice lets diners make their own sushi. Before the hoe arrives, side dishes such as steamed egg, corn cheese, kimchi pancake, and maki are served, and the restaurant has two floors. The restaurant draws enough customers that the wait line is long during meal times.
