Migak Banjeom is an old-style Chinese restaurant near the back gate intersection of Pusan National University in Busan, and it has been in business for around 30 years. Its fried rice and ganjjajang are made by stir-frying and frying with pork and pork fat, then topping with a fried egg. The fried rice comes with egg soup instead of jjamppong broth, the jjamppong has a strong ginger aroma, and the ganjjajang ingredients are sliced thin. At lunchtime the wait is long, so it is hard to eat there without going early.
