Mamadoma is a Japanese restaurant in Busan that serves sushi, donkatsu, and momil together. The salmon sushi and futomaki have thick cuts of hoe, and the sets include udon. The salmon is thick and the donkatsu is made with thick meat and comes out crispy. Water and tissues are self-service, and there are tables for eating alone.
