Kimuen Ramen

Kimuen Ramen is a ramen shop in the Busan National University commercial district that serves Japanese-style chintan and paitan ramen along with aburasoba. The signature shoyu and shio ramen come with clear broth, toripaitan comes with rich chicken broth, and aburasoba is served as a thick mixed noodle dish. Arriving late during lunch hours means a wait, and because one owner does the cooking, the turnover is slow. The shio ramen is on the salty side.
