Ji & TOBICO is an al-bap and udon restaurant tucked between a Shinhan Bank and a police box off a main road in Busan. The cream shrimp al-bap turns into a porridge or risotto texture when mixed, and butkake cream udon is also available. After choosing a menu item and paying in advance, the food is brought to the table, while side dishes and noodles are taken from a self-service bar. Portions are on the small side.
