Jangjeon Dwaeji Gukbap

Jangjeon Dwaeji Gukbap is a dwaeji gukbap restaurant in Jangjeon Commercial Market near the main gate of Pusan National University in Busan. Its signature dishes, suyuk baekban and dwaeji gukbap, use pork jowl, which comes out soft and chewy without any gamey smell. The restaurant is run by elderly women, and the suyuk can be ordered separately from the gukbap. The broth is mild without a strong taste and is slightly thin.
