Hyowon Ugop

Hyowon Ugop is a Korean restaurant near Pusan National University in Busan that serves hanwoo gopchang and gopchang jeongol. The gopchang is soft and rich without any off-putting smell, and the restaurant also offers yukhoe eaten wrapped in chadolbagi. Prices are relatively low because the area is a university district, and the layout of the space makes sound carry loudly. The side dishes served with the meal are somewhat lacking.
