Hwangsoya is a grilled meat restaurant in Busan that cooks inexpensive imported beef over charcoal. It serves beef galbi and sets portioned at 600g, and the meat can be eaten grilled unmarinated or switched to a marinated style. The restaurant uses wood charcoal, serves mul kimchi and pickled onions as side dishes, and offers doenjang jjigae and half-and-half naengmyeon alongside the meat. Each time the door opens, a distinctive ox sound is heard.
