Hwanggeum Kalguksu

Hwanggeum Kalguksu is a noodle shop near Pusan National University in Busan that serves dak kalguksu and bajirak kalguksu. The dak kalguksu comes with deboned chicken and soft noodles in chicken broth, served with geotjeori kimchi. A wait forms if you arrive late at lunch, and the shop recently moved to the building next door, where all seating is at tables. There is almost no parking, so going by car is difficult.
