Gyeotjib

Gyeopjip is a Korean restaurant near Pusan National University in Geumjeong-gu, Busan, serving yukhoe bibimbap and dolsot bibimbap. The yukhoe bibimbap comes with rice in a pot, raw beef on top, and either kimchi stew or doenjang jjigae on the side. Ordering bibimbap brings a fried egg and dolsot rice, and hot water poured over the remaining rice finishes the meal as sungnyung. The dining room is small, so waits are common during meal times.
