Gensho Ramen

Gensho Simya Ramen is a Japanese ramen restaurant in the alleys of the Busan National University area, below the main gate in Geumjeong-gu, Busan. It serves tonkotsu ramen, spicy tonkotsu noodles, and chashu rice bowls, and extra chashu can be added. To reach it, turn into the alley by Starbucks from the intersection. The seating is a narrow bar table only, so space is tight, and the tonkotsu broth is on the salty side.
