Dwaejijip-Ddal

Dwaejijip Ttal is a Korean barbecue restaurant in the alley in front of Pusan National University in Busan that grills dry-aged pork and pork skin. Staff cut and grill the meat at the table, and it is eaten with wasabi. There are two set menus, the kimchi stew is on the spicy side, and the pork skin is pressed while grilling, which gives it a scorched-rice texture. The floor is slippery.
