Cheonghaeru

Cheonghaeru is an old Chinese restaurant in Busan that serves ganjjajang and tangsuyuk. The ganjjajang has little sweetness and chewy noodles, while the tangsuyuk comes with a sweet-and-sour sauce and a fried batter coating. Many deliveries go out to nearby homes, yet walk-in customers keep coming into the dining room. The portion of tangsuyuk is on the small side.
