Budae Donburi

Budae Donburi is a rice-bowl and Japanese set-meal restaurant in Busan. The grilled salmon rice bowl comes topped with furikake and onion, with a wasabi sauce layered between the salmon and the rice. Guests sit side by side at a digeut-shaped bar table, and each seat has shichimi and sansho powder set out. Cold barley tea, geotjeori and danmuji are served, and the portions are on the small side.
