Suhyang Hoesikdang serves Pohang-style mulhoe inside Jukdo Market. The dish is finely minced raw fish mixed with vegetables and gochujang, without broth. On weekends the wait can run 30 to 40 minutes, and baekhapguk is served alongside. Because the fish is minced fine, the texture of the fish itself is mild.
