Yeongildae Observatory is a pavilion over the water at Yeongil Beach in Pohang. A 120-metre bridge leads to Yeongiljeong, the two-storey pavilion over the sea. From the second floor, you can see POSCO’s night view and the East Sea at once. POSCO’s night lighting is turned off before midnight.
