Sanjeong Lake

Sanjeonghosu is a lake tourist site in the north of Pocheon, surrounded by the slopes of Myeongangsan and the peaks of Mangbongsan and Mangubong. A 4km loop around the lake runs along a floating deck path and a flat walking trail, taking about one hour to complete. Sanjeonghosu is a reservoir built in 1925 to supply agricultural water to Yeongbuk-myeon and is currently managed by the Korea Rural Community Corporation. The walking trail is narrow.
