Song Heng

Songheung is a Vietnamese restaurant in Paris that serves pho, bun cha, and cha gio. The pho has a rich, slightly sweet broth with meat and wontons, and diners also order bun cha and nem together. A line forms before opening, and at lunch people wait 15 to 20 minutes before entering. The space is small, so sharing tables is required, and the middle aisle is narrow enough for only one person to pass.
