Les Tables Perchées is a self-service cafeteria on the fifth floor of BHV in Paris, with a rooftop view. At the salad bar, you pick your own ingredients and dressings, then add hot dishes and desserts to your tray and pay at the register. It was previously called La Cantine, and the Sunday brunch is relatively quiet around the 11 a.m. opening. The food is expensive for its quality.
