Le Crabe Marteau

Le Crabe Marteau serves seafood including crab and oysters in Paris. It uses seafood, oysters, and whole crab brought in daily from Brest. Orders come with a bib and a wooden mallet, and diners crack the crab shells themselves. Cracking shells throughout the meal makes it easy to tire partway through.
