Le Baudelaire

Le Baudelaire is a Michelin one-star French restaurant inside Le Burgundy hotel, north of Place de la Concorde in Paris. It serves four- to seven-course menus that run from amuse-bouche through dessert and petit four, with optional wine pairings. The chef visits tables to explain the dishes, and seating is available beside the patio or in the garden. Service can be short on explanation or brusque depending on the staff member.
