Huitrerie Régis

Huitrerie Régis is a small oyster and seafood bar in Paris that serves several kinds of oysters along with shrimp, whelk, and sea urchin. Oysters can be chosen by type and ordered in the quantity you want, paired with white wine or champagne. Indoor seating is limited, with three or four tables outside, and reservations are taken through Facebook. Sea urchin and the popular oysters are in short supply and can sell out the same day.
