Higuma

Higuma is a ramen shop near the Opera that serves shoyu, miso, tonkotsu, and kimchi ramen along with gyoza. The kimchi ramen tops Japanese-style ramen with kimchi, and there are also jjamppong ramen and cold ramen that read as Korean-style dishes. Ramen comes out almost immediately after ordering, there is no break time so you can drop in at three or four in the afternoon, and the seating inside is spacious. Tables and utensils are sticky with moisture and grease.
