Chez Cay

Chez Cay is a family-run Asian restaurant near the Centre Pompidou that serves hand-pulled Chinese noodles and Vietnamese pho. Its beef noodle soup comes with hand-pulled noodles and soft beef marinated in soy sauce in the broth, and chili oil and vinegar are set on the tables. Both dine-in and takeout are available, and food tends to come out quickly. The interior is small, so seating is close to the next table.
