The Tea House

The Tea House is a tea shop inside the Chinese house near Place Saint-Sulpice in Paris. On Saturdays only, it serves brunch with two bao, six savory dim sum, three sweet dim sum, tea of the day, and juice. It sits inside a travel agency, so you have to go in and ask the staff to find it, and the indoor space is quiet and air-conditioned. The workshop, where you hear about major tea regions and cultivation and taste several kinds, is the draw.
