The Paris Museum of Modern Art is a municipal museum that shows modern art near the Eiffel Tower and Palais de Tokyo. Its permanent collection includes Henri Matisse's La Danse and Raoul Dufy's La Fée Électricité, along with works by Picasso, Modigliani, and Chagall, and admission to the permanent collection is free. Going through the galleries carefully takes two to three hours, and pointing a digital device at a work brings up an explanation. The layout is complicated, so it is better to pick up a map at the entrance first.
