Yangsan Chueotang is a 40-year-old gisa sikdang in Oncheonjang, Busan, serving chueotang and grilled freshwater and sea eel. The chueotang is thin, in the Gyeongsang style, and ordering bibimbap brings a bowl of chueotang soup on the side. It is open 24 hours and has a private room in the back for family groups. Side dishes and rice can be refilled on request, and the chueotang is thin and grainy.
