Suraggan Hotteok Tteokbokki

Suragan Hotteok Tteokbokki is a snack shop across from Cheonil Nokjeup in Oncheonjang, Busan, selling tteokbokki, hotteok and eomuk. The tteokbokki gets its flavor from taeyangcho gochujang rather than capsaicin, and the eomuk broth is a strong anchovy stock with almost no additives. The eomuk broth is ladled out self-service, and the eomuk-tang contains Busan-style multeok. The barley sikhye is not high in sugar and can be drunk cold in both summer and winter.
