Su Kalguksu

Sukalguksu is a restaurant in Busan that serves handmade kalguksu and gungchae gimbap. The kalguksu comes in a light, clean broth, and bibim kalguksu and kongguksu are also served. The gungchae gimbap contains crisp gungchae, and gungchae muchim is available as well. The handmade noodles are chewy, and the rice noodles in the kongguksu go down smoothly.
