Ssambobossam

Ssam Bo Bossam is a restaurant in Oncheonjang, Busan, that serves bossam-centered meals. A set brings bossam, squid (hanchi) stir-fry, assorted fried dishes, seafood doenjang jjigae, and rice on one table. The bossam meat is tender and moist without any gamey smell, eaten dipped in salted shrimp or ssamjang. On weekend evenings the wait line gets long.
