Seokjeong Galbi

Seokjeong Galbi is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Dongnae, Busan, where diners grill saeng galbi and yangnyeom galbi over charcoal. The thick ribs are scored, cooked over high heat, and brought to the table. Seats fill as soon as the restaurant opens and a line forms, and on Fridays most seats are taken by around 5:30 p.m. even for those who arrive at 4 p.m. Staff respond quickly during busy hours.
