Sarang Susan

Sarang Susan is a hoe restaurant in Dongnae, Busan, serving a spring flounder set, assorted hoe, and seafood such as abalone, sea cucumber, and sea squirt. The spring flounder set includes lobster hoe, while the assorted hoe comes with tuna, sushi, rolls, and fried shrimp. The restaurant has clean tanks, and once seated, diners are served nine side dishes, mussel soup, and grilled fish first. The table is on the narrow side because so many dishes are laid out.
