Park Daepo Salt Grill

Bakdaepo Sogeum Gui is an old-style grill house near Exit 4 of Dongnae Station in Busan, serving salt-grilled pork collar, samgyeopsal, and pork skin. The thick pork collar cooks up tender rather than tough, and the pork skin and doenjang are ordered alongside it. The sign shows its age and the interior has the feel of a street tent bar, and it is a one-minute walk from the Dongnae Station public parking lot. Seating is limited, so when it fills up it gets too loud for drinking alone.
