Oryukdo Hoejip

Oryukdo Hoetjip is a raw fish restaurant in Oncheon 1-dong, Dongnae-gu, Busan, inland from the coast. It serves wild-caught hoe and hoe-deopbap, with chewy raw fish, a service of raw oysters, and kimchi and side dishes made with snow crab broth. Seating is in private rooms, and the hoe-deopbap comes with a generous amount of raw fish. Prices run high relative to the raw fish and the number of side dishes.
