Minam Yukgaejang

Minam Yukgaejang is a restaurant near Minam Station in Busan that serves yukgaejang and yukgaejang kalguksu (knife-cut noodles). The kalguksu comes with a complimentary bowl of rice and contains plenty of meat and vegetables. Its broth differs from regular yukgaejang and has a clean taste, while the prices are modest. The restaurant also serves tasty side dishes and sikhye for dessert.
