Hyeoni Guksu

Hyuni Guksu is a noodle shop in Busan serving janchi noodles, bibim noodles, and gimbap. Its anchovy broth is rich, the noodles are chewy, and cold naengkong kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) is also available. After relocating, it expanded into a larger, cleaner space. Portions are generous, but there is no parking lot, making it inconvenient to arrive by car.
