Hansikdang

Hansikdang is a small Korean restaurant in Busan that serves bulbaek (bulgogi set meal), kimchi stew, pollack soup, and soybean paste stew. The bulbaek and kimchi stew are the signature dishes, and meals come with rice and side dishes in generous portions, in a home-cooked style. The restaurant does well enough that the rice is served freshly cooked and warm, and an apartment complex parking lot is available for use. The side dish lineup stays the same from day to day.
