Halmaejip Sangomjangeo

Halmaejip Sangomjangeo is a long-standing restaurant in Oncheonjang, Busan, that grills hagfish over charcoal briquettes. It serves both salt-grilled and seasoned versions, and the seasoning includes ttaengcho peppers. After the seasoned hagfish is eaten, rice is fried in the remaining seasoning. Portions are small, so two people eating it as a meal will not have enough.
