Gochon Bossam Dwaeji Gukbap

Gocheon Bossam Dwaeji Gukbap is on the first floor of a commercial building near Exit 4 of Dongnae Station in Busan, serving dwaeji gukbap and bossam suyuk. The milky pork soup is made from sagol broth and comes with somyeon noodles, with dadegi added to taste. The broth is rich enough to recall tonkotsu ramen and has no pork smell. The geotjeori kimchi is sweet and differs from typical bossam kimchi.
