Jingisukan Hanabi Dongnae serves Hokkaido-style lamb and lamb chops in Busan. Staff grill the lamb chops at the table, and diners wrap them in tortillas with olives or eat them with wasabi and salt. Staff also trim the meat after grilling, the restrooms are clean, and the restaurant reopened after a renovation. The lamb has little of its characteristic smell, but prices are on the higher side.
