Gadeok Hoejip

Gadeok Hoetjip is a seafood restaurant in Oncheonjang, Busan, serving live-fish hoe. The hoe includes flounder, neungseong-eo and gaetjang-eo, cut in thick slices, and comes with maeuntang (spicy fish stew) containing sujebi (hand-torn dough soup) and glutinous rice. The restaurant occupies the second floor, and reservations are required for group visits. The basic side dishes and grilled flatfish are on the sparse side.
