Chakchak Guksu

Chakchak Guksu is a noodle shop in Busan that serves janchi guksu, yeolmu guksu, and seoritae kong guksu. The seoritae kong guksu has a thick soybean broth with a meringue-like texture, and the yeolmu is in good condition. The noodles are rinsed in cold water to keep their texture, and dumplings come four to an order. The kong guksu is served at room temperature, not cold.
