Bongsikdang

Bongsikdang, formerly Geumjeongsan, is a restaurant next to Heosimcheong in Oncheonjang, Busan, serving a fusion set menu that combines French and Korean dishes. The course moves from French dishes to Korean ones, with bossam, smoked duck, gondre rice, and doenjang soup arriving in the later stages. Course dishes are served in bowls at temperatures suited to each food, and some plates are warmed in advance. The sokuri hansang is one shared spread per table, so portions are small.
