Today's Tokyo Oncheonjang

Oncheonjang is a bar in Dongnae-gu, Busan, a two-minute walk from Exit 5 of Oncheonjang Station. It serves charcoal-grilled yakitori and oden nabe, with a seven-skewer set that includes negima, seseri and hatsu, and an oden nabe of fish cake and vegetables in a light, clean broth. There are bar tables and counter seats, and at the counter the chef grills skewers in front of you. The five-skewer set can be ordered with shio or tare.
