Imlang

Imrang (Mulgogi) is an izakaya in Busan that serves omakase, salmon sets, and mackerel dishes. The omakase comes as a shared table for three to five people, and shimesaba is its representative menu item. The salmon set is served in the order of raw salmon, grilled salmon, fried monkfish, and egg soup. The venue draws a large crowd, so arriving early is necessary.
